Welcome to Hyper Launcher! Below are the comprehensive rules for in-game server behavior, chat usage, and Discord server conduct. Violations will result in penalties as outlined in each section.
In-Game Server Rules
1.1 - Use of Illegal Modifications or Clients
Any client that provides a significant gameplay advantage is strictly prohibited. Examples include Kill Aura, anti-knockback, and fly hacks. AutoClickers are also considered illegal.
Punishment: 60-day ban.
1.2 - Punishment Evasion
Using another account to evade a ban or mute is prohibited. The same punishment will be applied to the secondary account, and penalties may be extended.
Punishment: 60-day ban.
1.3 - Inappropriate Usernames/Skins/Tags/Balloons/Clans
Any username, skin, tag, or custom content deemed inappropriate by staff will result in sanctions until changed. Sexual or offensive themes and impersonations are prohibited.
Punishment: Warning → 1-day ban → 7-day ban → 15-day ban → 24-day ban → 60-day ban.
1.4 - Teaming/Crossteaming
Teaming with enemy players in solo or team modes is prohibited. Content creators may only team while streaming and in a party.
Punishment: 1-day ban → 3-day ban → 7-day ban → 15-day ban → 24-day ban → 60-day ban.
1.5 - Drag Clicking / Scroll Clicking
Jitter-click and butterfly-click are allowed. DragClick is prohibited for attacking but allowed for building with limitations. Modifying mouse functions via software/hardware is cheating.
Punishment: 15-hour ban → 5-day ban → 15-day ban → 24-day ban → 30-day ban → 60-day ban.
1.6 - Camping
Camping (unnecessarily extending the game by being hard to reach) includes skybasing, building under islands, or staying in generators too long. Defending beds is not camping.
Punishment: Warning → 1-day ban → 7-day ban → 15-day ban → 24-day ban → 60-day ban.
1.7 - Exploiting Bugs
Intentional use of bugs or glitches is prohibited. Report bugs at our Discord. Assisting others in exploiting bugs is punishable.
Punishment: 5-day ban → 15-day ban → 25-day ban → 35-day ban → 60-day ban.
1.8 - Trolling
Intentional actions to annoy or disrupt players (e.g., hurting teammates, blocking them) are forbidden.
Punishment: 1-day ban → 7-day ban → 15-day ban → 24-day ban → 30-day ban → 60-day ban.
1.9 - Spawn Kills
Trapping players at spawn and repeatedly killing them for kills is not allowed.
Punishment: 3-day ban → 8-day ban → 15-day ban → 24-day ban → 60-day ban.
1.10 - Lag Generators
Building structures designed to generate lag and disrupt the server is prohibited.
Punishment: 20-day ban → 60-day ban → Permanent ban.
1.11 - Inappropriate Builds
Building inappropriate or offensive structures (e.g., explicit shapes) is forbidden.
Punishment: Warning → 10-hour ban → 1-day ban → 5-day ban → 10-day ban → 30-day ban.
1.12 - Item Duplication
Using illegal methods to duplicate items is prohibited.
Punishment: 15-day ban → 20-day ban → 60-day ban.
1.13 - Possession of Illegal Items
Holding unobtainable items (e.g., bedrock, barriers) through regular gameplay is prohibited.
Punishment: 5-day ban → 10-day ban → 20-day ban → 30-day ban → 60-day ban.
1.14 - Account Sharing
Sharing accounts to gain levels or benefits is forbidden.
Punishment: 5-day ban → 10-day ban → 20-day ban → 30-day ban → 60-day ban.
1.15 - ELO/Kill Boosting
Using multiple accounts or collaborating to artificially boost stats (ELO, kills) is not allowed.
Punishment: 15-day ban → 30-day ban → 60-day ban.
1.16 - False Reports Against Staff
Submitting false reports against staff to defame or harm them is prohibited.
Punishment: 15-day ban → 30-day ban → 60-day ban.
1.17 - Real Money Transactions
Using the server to sell accounts/items for real money or personal advertising is prohibited.
Punishment: 120-day ban.
1.18 - Crash Attempts
Exploiting features (e.g., `/edit`) to crash the server is not allowed.
Punishment: 1-day ban → 3-day ban → 5-day ban → 12-day ban → 30-day ban → 60-day ban.
1.19 - Fraudulent Actions Against Staff
Providing false/misleading info to staff to gain benefits or harm others is prohibited.
Punishment: 5-day ban → 10-day ban → 15-day ban → 24-day ban → 60-day ban.
1.20 - Account Hacking
Using malicious methods to access/steal accounts (including being an accomplice) is forbidden.
Punishment: 30-day ban → 60-day ban → 6-month ban → Permanent ban.
1.21 - AFK-Farming
Using scripts/mechanisms to gain resources while AFK is prohibited if illegal modifications are used.
Punishment: 15-day ban → 30-day ban → 60-day ban.
In-Game Chat Rules
2.1 - Offensive Language
Using offensive language or hate speech (e.g., against religion, race) is prohibited and results in a direct mute.
Punishment: Mute for 10 hours → Mute for 15 hours → 1-day ban → 7-day ban → 15-day ban → 60-day ban.
2.2 - Excessive Flooding
Excessive flooding (e.g., stretching a single letter) or spamming is illegal.
Punishment: Mute for 7 hours → Mute for 12 hours → 1-day mute → 5-day ban → 15-day ban → 60-day ban.
2.3 - Advertising
Promoting other servers/IPs is prohibited. Occasional YouTube/stream links are allowed but penalized if spammy. Media-ranked users may promote streams but not excessively/misleadingly.
Punishment: Warning (not for server ads) → Mute for 15 hours → 1-day mute → 3-day ban → 10-day ban → 60-day ban.
2.4 - Disrespecting Staff
Disrespecting staff members is not tolerated.
Punishment: Mute for 8 hours → Mute for 12 hours → 1-day mute → 5-day ban → 15-day ban → 60-day ban.
2.5 - Spamming
Sending repeated/unnecessary messages, symbols, or rank/donation requests is prohibited.
Punishment: Mute for 10 hours → Mute for 15 hours → 1-day mute → 5-day ban → 15-day ban → 60-day ban.
2.6 - Posting Links in All Lobbies
Excessively sharing links (e.g., stream links) across multiple lobbies is not allowed. Media ranks may share links but must not saturate chat.
Punishment: Warning → Mute for 8 hours → Mute for 15 hours → 5-day ban → 15-day ban → 60-day ban.
2.7 - Threats/Harassment and Death Wishes
Threats, harassment, or wishing harm (e.g., encouraging suicide) are forbidden.
Punishment: 60-day ban.
2.8 - Discriminatory Behavior
Any discrimination (e.g., sexism, racism, cultural mockery) is prohibited.
Punishment: Mute for 8 hours → Mute for 15 hours → 1-day mute → 5-day ban → 15-day ban → 60-day ban.
2.9 - Misuse of /report or /helpop
Abusing reporting tools with false/irrelevant reports is prohibited.
Punishment: Warning → 1-day ban → 5-day ban → 12-day ban → 20-day ban → 60-day ban.
2.10 - Impersonation
Pretending to be staff or a YouTuber is not allowed.
Punishment: Mute for 10 hours → Mute for 15 hours → 1-day mute → 3-day ban → 10-day ban → 60-day ban.
2.11 - Toxicity
Toxic behavior (e.g., taunting over losses) is prohibited.
Punishment: Mute for 8 hours → Mute for 15 hours → 1-day mute → 5-day ban → 10-day mute → 60-day ban.
2.12 - Explicit (18+) Conversations
Explicit or obscene conversations are prohibited.
Punishment: Mute for 8 hours → Mute for 12 hours → 1-day mute → 5-day ban → 15-day ban → 60-day ban.
2.13 - Defamation
Making false accusations or spreading harmful misinformation about players is not allowed.
Punishment: Permanent ban.
Discord Rules
3.1 - Explicit or Incendiary Language
Inappropriate, vulgar, obscene, or questionable language/media (e.g., insults, hate speech, threats) are not allowed.
Punishment: 8-hour mute → 12-hour mute → 15-hour mute → 24-hour mute → Permanent ban.
3.2 - Spamming
Posting unnecessary/repetitive messages (e.g., asking for free ranks, posting same text/image 5+ times) is prohibited.
Punishment: 5-hour mute → 12-hour mute → 15-hour mute → 20-hour mute → Permanent ban.
3.3 - Unnecessary Mentions of Server Staff
Do not mention staff unless genuinely needing assistance.
Punishment: 3-hour mute → 9-hour mute → 12-hour mute → Permanent ban.
3.4 - Misuse of Community Support
Misusing support channels (e.g., false info, irrelevant chats) is prohibited. False info applies to first/second infractions only.
Punishment: 5-hour mute → 10-hour mute → 15-hour mute → 24-hour mute → Permanent ban.
3.5 - Disrespecting Staff
Disrespect toward staff in text/voice channels is not allowed.
Punishment: 5-hour mute → 10-hour mute → 15-hour mute → 24-hour mute → Permanent ban.
3.6 - Advertising
Promoting other Discord servers, Minecraft IPs, or seeking financial help for servers is not allowed.
Punishment: 5-hour mute → 10-hour mute → 15-hour mute → 24-hour mute → Permanent ban.
3.7 - Racism or Xenophobic Jokes
Racist or xenophobic comments, jokes, or attitudes are prohibited.
Punishment: 8-hour mute → 12-hour mute → 15-hour mute → 24-hour mute → Permanent ban.
3.8 - Mocking User Opinions or Personalities
Mocking a user’s opinions, personality, or actions is prohibited.
Punishment: 8-hour mute → 12-hour mute → 15-hour mute → 24-hour mute → Permanent ban.
3.9 - Impersonation
Impersonating staff to cause confusion is not allowed.
Punishment: Warning → 8-hour mute → 12-hour mute → 16-hour mute → Permanent ban.
3.10 - Violating Discord Guidelines
Breaking Discord guidelines (e.g., threats, NSFW, gore) is prohibited. Read Discord's Guidelines.
Punishment: Permanent ban.
4.1 - Asking Confidential Questions
Do not ask staff about confidential info (e.g., update dates, internal management).
Punishment: Warning → 5-hour mute → 10-hour mute → 15-hour mute → Permanent ban.
4.2 - Controversial Discussions (Politics, Religion, etc.)
Avoid controversial discussions (e.g., politics, religion) or drama-inducing messages.
Punishment: 6-hour mute → 12-hour mute → 15-hour mute → 24-hour mute → Permanent ban.
4.3 - Repeated Suggestions
Spamming repeated or active suggestions is prohibited.
Punishment: 3-hour mute → 6-hour mute → 12-hour mute → 24-hour mute → Permanent ban.
